A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Position Overview:
Administer assessments and interpret data to distinguish between language disorders and dialectal differences, communicating findings clearly to families and teams. Design and deliver high-quality therapy in individual and group sessions using creative resources to drive measurable student progress. Manage the end-of-year IEP process within state systems, ensuring all services and eligibility determinations adhere to IDEA and Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) frameworks. Partner with educators and parents while maintaining adaptability regarding scheduling and school assignments.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) and an active NPI number Qualified Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!
