Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current and valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Licensed as an SLP in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain NC licensure) Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Solid knowledge of IEP processes and familiarity with a variety of assessment tools Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Initiative, flexibility, and commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on IEPs Provide direct intervention for articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication challenges Collaborate with educators and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies for student success Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring Maintain thorough and timely documentation per school and state requirements Support the school in fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment Embrace the flexibility of contract work while making a positive difference in students' lives.
