May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Working closely with children, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, the Speech Language Pathologist assesses and treats a variety of speech, language, social communication, fluency, and feeding/swallowing needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, family-centered environment dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Perform pediatric speech therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in care coordination and team collaboration Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care Required Qualifications Active North Carolina Speech Therapy licensure Valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Currently live in the Charlotte area or are planning to relocate in the next 3 months Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care Preferred Qualifications Pediatric experience Outpatient pediatric therapy experience Early career therapists are encouraged to apply! Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive Base Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance. Total earning potential up to $93,000+ annually, depending on experience, schedule, and billable hours.
