Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Hold current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcomed. Familiarity with school-based service delivery and IEP processes is preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students, families, and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels. Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy interventions in individual and small group settings. Maintain clear and timely records of student progress, therapy sessions, and required reporting. Serve as a resource for classroom teachers and provide staff training when needed. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and collaborative planning sessions.
