Preferred qualifications and relevant experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong CFY candidates encouraged Previous experience with K12 students, including pediatrics and early childhood settings Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders Strong collaboration skills for working with educators and families Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities Key responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, and supporting students with speech and language needs Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintaining accurate records, participating in IEP meetings, and designing engaging interventions Providing services both individually and in small group settings Enjoy the benefits of competitive weekly pay between $40 and $60 per hour, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company matching, ensuring your contributions to students are matched by valuable support for your own future.
