Now Hiring Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Join a dedicated team focused on improving lives every day. Henderson Nursing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents through personalized therapy and interdisciplinary care.

What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to ensure effective outcomes Provide education to families and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategies Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure as an
SLP CCC-SLP
preferred but not required Prior experience in long-term care is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with the geriatric population Apply today and help us continue delivering care with compassion, dignity, and excellence.
