This full-time, contract-based role offers 37.5 hours per week throughout the entire 2026-2027 school yearmaking a meaningful impact from the first bell to last. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success. Working collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff, youll address a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs within a vibrant school community.
Your Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across PreK, elementary, and high school levels Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students educational plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams This position allows you to support a wonderful student population while relying on reliable hours and a consistent schedule for the full academic year.
