Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility pending licensure approval) Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Proven skill in evaluation, development, and implementation of treatment plans for K-5 populations Strong communication and collaborative abilities with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) Work closely with teachers and special education teams to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain detailed and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines Engage with families to provide updates, training, and support for carryover at home In addition to professional fulfillment, you'll enjoy compensation starting at $40 per hour, with higher rates based on your experience.
