Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active or eligible state licensure for SLP practice CCC-SLP or CFY status required Experience working with K-5th grade students is strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite as outlined in students' IEPs Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Maintain clear, timely documentation of sessions and student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Develop and update IEP goals tailored to individual student needs Contribute to annual IEP meetings and case conferences Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices Pay for this position starts at $40 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience.
