9673323-27021 Job Description Step into a rewarding role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a real impact across PreK, elementary, and high school settings for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the consistency of full-time work37.5 hours per weeksupporting students communication needs in a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in the state (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and family collaboration Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds, from preschool through high school
What Youll Do:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in PreK, elementary, and high school populations Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations for classroom accommodations Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices and state regulations Imagine the difference youll make helping students develop essential communication skillsempowering them for lifelong learning and success.
