Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active North Carolina SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ready to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working in schools or with school-aged children is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Track record of independence, adaptability, and compassion in a clinical setting

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, focusing on individualized, 1:1 sessions Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student communication needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain timely and thorough records and adhere to all state and federal guidelines
