Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status Pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus Strong ability to collaborate with IEP teams, families, and staff North Carolina licensure or eligibility required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy, both in person and via teletherapy as needed Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to promote student progress Maintain thorough documentation, track student outcomes, and participate in progress meetings Offer support and guidance to SLP-CFYs (if CCC) This opportunity offers a fulfilling blend of professional growth, hands-on experience, and variety in your day-to-day practice.
