Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based opportunity in the Lexington area. Position Overview As a School-Based SLP, you will provide evaluation and therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication needs. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and academic success. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans Provide direct and consultative speech-language services Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA CCCs preferred School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
