Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting preferred Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting a diverse elementary student population

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students Assess, identify, and document students' communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy interventions Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student success Maintain accurate records and regular progress updates Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
