Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinic-Based) Coastal Speech Therapy -
North Carolina Total Compensation:
$85,000-$100,000+ Coastal Speech Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing clinic-based team. This position focuses on providing high-quality, child-centered therapy in a supportive, collaborative clinic environment. Position Highlights Clinic-based pediatric caseload Play-based, evidence-driven therapy Full administrative, scheduling, and billing support Consistent caseload with weekly payroll Responsibilities Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized plans of care Complete daily documentation in EHR Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology North Carolina license (or temporary license/CF with path to full licensure) Pediatric experience preferred; CFs encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus productivity bonuses Expected total compensation: $85,000-$100,000+ Health insurance option (ICHRA) Retirement plan access after 90 days Paid holidays & generous PTO accrual Monthly materials & CE stipend Birthday and Christmas bonuses Why Coastal Speech Therapy We prioritize quality care, therapist support, and long-term career growth—without sacrificing work-life balance.
