00 per hour Anchor Therapy Solutions PLLC is actively hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our expanding outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values individualized care, clinical autonomy, and one-on-one patient-centered therapy in a supportive outpatient environment. Position Overview The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for performing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing skilled therapeutic interventions for adult patients. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, strong communication, and evidence-based treatment approaches in both outpatient clinic and intermittent home visit settings. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care Establish appropriate goals, frequency, and duration of therapy services Provide skilled speech therapy interventions as needed Deliver one-on-one patient care (no group treatments) Utilize strong clinical reasoning to adjust and progress treatment plans Provide patient and caregiver education to ensure carryover and safety Maintain timely and accurate documentation (within 72 hours)
  • no productivity requirement Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in periodic case reviews and team collaboration meetings Comfortable with in-clinic care and intermittent outpatient home visits Collaborate with occupational therapy and physical therapy providers for holistic patient care Patient Population & Clinical Focus The ideal candidate is comfortable treating adult patients (18+) with: Aphasia and cognitive communication disorders Dysarthria and apraxia of speech Voice disorders Dysphagia and swallowing impairments Stroke (CVA) rehabilitation Parkinson's disease and neurological disorders Memory and executive functioning deficits Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Concussion-related cognitive impairments General communication and functional cognitive decline Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred (strong new grads considered) Strong evaluation and clinical decision-making skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation $55•75 per hour depending on experience and specialty certifications PRN Benefits & Perks Flexible scheduling•create your own schedule (weekday or weekend availability) Mileage reimbursement (when applicable) Collaborative, team-focused environment Web-based EMR system for documentation Ability to request patient-specific equipment Opportunities for clinical growth and expanded roles Potential leadership and future expansion opportunities How to Apply Please send your resume to: hello@anchortherapysolutions.
