Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate clients and their families on communication strategies, exercises, and home practice routines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, audiologists, occupational therapists, and educators to coordinate care. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (e.g., ASHA certification or equivalent). Proven experience in speech therapy with diverse client populations is preferred. Strong knowledge of physiology related to speech production and swallowing mechanisms. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech and swallowing disorders. Solid understanding of anatomy related to the vocal cords, oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, and related structures.
