Job Description

Tic-Talk-Toe Speech and Language Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) to join our team! This is a part-time W-2 position beginning with approximately 5-10 pediatric clients , with the opportunity to gradually increase the caseload and potentially transition into a full-time position as the practice and caseload continue to grow . We welcome both experienced CCC-SLPs looking for a flexible part-time opportunity and new graduates seeking a supportive Clinical Fellowship experience . Position Details Part-time W-2 position Starting caseload of approximately 5-10 pediatric clients Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as caseload increases Flexible scheduling Combination of home health, telehealth, and office-based clients Pediatric evaluations and treatment CF supervision and individualized mentorship provided for Clinical Fellows Opportunity for long-term professional growth within an expanding pediatric private practice Compensation $40 per completed treatment session , inclusive of associated session documentation $100 per completed evaluation , inclusive of testing, scoring, documentation, and report writing/preparation Travel reimbursement provided for eligible home-health visits Opportunity for compensation review as the clinician and caseload grow within the practice Responsibilities The Speech-Language Pathologist will: Provide pediatric speech and language therapy through home health, telehealth, and office-based services Complete speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor and document client progress Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress, recommendations, and home carryover Collaborate with service coordinators, teachers, daycare/preschool staff, ABA providers, and other professionals when appropriate Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ASHA and North Carolina requirements Participate in CF supervision and mentorship, if applicable Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current CCC-SLP or eligibility to begin the ASHA Clinical Fellowship Current or eligible for appropriate North Carolina licensure Preferences Strong interest in working with pediatric clients Comfortable providing services through home health, telehealth, and office-based settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for home-health clients Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Dependable, professional, and family-centered Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with families and other professionals Previous pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Why Join Tic-Talk-Toe? The position begins with a manageable caseload of approximately 5-10 clients , allowing the clinician to gradually build their schedule as the practice grows. There is potential for the position to transition into a full-time opportunity as the caseload increases . Clinicians will have the opportunity to work across home health, telehealth, and office-based settings , providing variety and flexibility within their caseload. For Clinical Fellows, individualized CF supervision, mentorship, feedback, and support will be provided throughout the Clinical Fellowship experience .
Pay:
From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
