Schedule:

Full School Year Required Qualifications Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program CCC-SLP preferred, but qualified Clinical Fellows may be considered Previous school-based, pediatric, or early childhood experience preferred Knowledge of speech and language disorders, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication interventions Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to Pre-K and elementary students Maintain accurate treatment notes, progress monitoring data, and compliance documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff to support student achievement Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and educational planning Utilize evidence-based practices to address articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic language, and communication challenges Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support students in developing the communication skills necessary for success in the classroom and beyond Why Join This School Team?
