Automotive Sales / Finance Manager Confidential Automotive Group - Eastern North Carolina Job Overview A growing automotive group with multiple locations throughout Eastern North Carolina is seeking an experienced, driven Sales / Finance Manager . This opportunity is for a true automotive professional who understands what it takes to win in the car business. We are not looking for someone who simply wants a management title, a guaranteed salary, or a seat to occupy. We need a hands-on leader who takes ownership, follows established processes, creates urgency, and completes today's business today. The right candidate will understand how to structure and maximize deals, lead a sales team, manage lender relationships, maintain clean contracts-in-transit, and bring energy and excitement to the showroom. Key Responsibilities Structure deals effectively and take them from "T to green" Maximize the profitability of every transaction while maintaining compliance Understand lender programs, approval requirements, stipulations, and funding guidelines Maintain an organized and accurate 10-day CIT Ensure deals are complete, fundable, and submitted promptly Work inside the CRM and DMS daily Manage leads and convert opportunities into appointments and showroom traffic Follow up with unsold customers, internet leads, previous customers, and service customers Use cold calling, referral-building, and community outreach to generate business Train, motivate, and hold the sales staff accountable Develop and retain valuable employees Monitor salesperson activity, follow-up, appointments, and closing performance Build, maintain, and understand operational spreadsheets and reports Follow company processes consistently without requiring daily reminders Stay late when necessary to finish business and meet customer or funding needs Help create a positive, competitive, energetic, and enjoyable showroom environment What We Are Looking For Proven automotive sales management, finance management, or combined sales/finance experience Strong knowledge of deal structure, lender guidelines, funding, and compliance Ability to maintain clean paperwork and control CIT Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong understanding of CRM and DMS processes Comfortable working leads, making calls, setting appointments, and creating opportunities Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable Strong communication, leadership, and training skills Willingness to work the hours required by the automotive business Ability to bring enthusiasm, urgency, and positive energy to the dealership Experience with Kia, Honda, Ford, or other import franchises is a plus but is not required.
