Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student progress and services provided Work proactively with a multidisciplinary team to support students in general and special education settings Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other school-based activities as needed Educate staff and parents on effective communication strategies and student progress
