9663260-28584 Job Description Step into a rewarding onsite opportunity supporting students in grades K-5 as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a lasting impact during the 2026/2027 school year while working directly with children who benefit from your expertise in communication and language development. The caseload consists primarily of elementary-aged students, providing a dynamic and engaging environment for those passionate about early intervention and school-based therapy.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required. Demonstrated experience (including clinical placements) working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-5 setting. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work full-time on-site for the duration of the school year.

Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings. Liaise with teachers, staff, and families to support students goals and generalization of skills across settings. This contract role offers compensation starting at $40 per hour, with rates increasing based on experience.
