Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting student success as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is based near Troy, North Carolina, providing the chance to make a meaningful difference in a school setting. Requirements and Qualifications:
Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license required ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) necessary Previous experience in a school setting welcomed, but strong clinical SLPs encouraged to apply Expertise in speech, language, and communication disorders across various age groups Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Engage in professional development and up-to-date best practices Enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $43 to $48, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being throughout the contract.
