May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Job Overview We are excited to invite a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our wonderful team! If you have a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques and a genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their communication skills, we would love to meet you. This role offers the chance to work in our clinic and local ABA centers, making a real difference in the lives of our patients. Duties Conduct engaging patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions, focusing on enhancing communication abilities. Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide holistic support for patient care. Maintain accurate and thoughtful documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and the therapeutic journey. Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to continually improve our services. Experience A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but we welcome all applicants! Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology. Familiarity with early intervention strategies and patient care practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with patients and their families.
