Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license for North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including early childhood and elementary-aged students Ability to adapt intervention methods for a range of student needs Excellent communication and documentation skills Previous experience working within schools is highly valued, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Prepare and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions Maintain detailed progress records and collaborate with families and teachers Provide resources and guidance to support students overall developmental growth Participate in meetings and professional development activities as needed
