We're looking for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Cambridge Village of Wilmington. Your work will matter beyond the therapy session. You may work with a resident who is having difficulty finding words. Someone whose cognition has changed. What you'll do Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled speech-language pathology services Address communication, cognition, swallowing, and related functional needs within your scope of practice Help residents maintain independence and participation Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers Collaborate with nursing, caregivers, wellness staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Identify changes in communication, cognition, or swallowing that warrant clinical attention Incorporate functional, real-world activities into treatment Document efficiently using Prava's modern technology and AI-enabled tools Contribute to a culture that values clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes Senior living is your clinical laboratory.
