Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active or pending North Carolina SLP State License Preferred ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) SLP CFY, pediatric, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based SLP experience valued Successful background check and required credentialing
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students Assess, document, and implement individualized treatment plans Manage a diverse, manageable caseload within one dedicated school site Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team Use paid administrative time for planning, documentation, and team-building
