Qualifications:

Valid SLP license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain SLP-CCC or qualified CFY status required Pediatric experience or passion for working with school-aged children Proficiency in teletherapy platforms, a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 students Deliver direct speech and language therapy (in-person and/or teletherapy) Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with school staff and families Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
