This contract position focuses on providing speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting, serving caseloads that range from moderate to profound needs. Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience with pediatric, early childhood, or school-based caseloads Ability to support students with a range of needs, from moderate to profound Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to creating positive learning outcomes for K12 students

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students in both individual and group settings Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to align on student goals
