Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in school-based settings preferred Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology Background in pediatric care and healthcare environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide speech/language therapy to students ages Pre-K through high school Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families Adapt therapeutic methods to both in-person and remote delivery models as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Consult with educators and parents to support students' overall academic success Participate in student evaluation meetings and provide expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams
