A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

This Job Position Overview:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dickinson, North Dakota RehabVisions' outpatient clinic on State Street in Dickinson and possible coverage at CHI St. Alexius Hospital. Adults and pediatrics mixed caseload. Serving the Dickinson community for 25 years: https://dickinson.rehabvisions.com/services/speech-therapy/ Pay range $39
  • $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to your clinical results. Flexible $8,000 career bonus
  • use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes Experience preferred and SLP-CFY are also welcome Part-time and PRN/on-call hours also available

Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients Complete documentation Plan, market and develop new programs Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff Present in-services to fellow staff therapists Assist in the general operation of the department
Speech-Language Pathologist Job Requirements:
Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech-Language Pathology. Graduate of a certified therapy program Possess or be eligible for North Dakota state licensure Our full-time therapists are also eligible for a competitive benefits offering, including: Student loan assistance
