Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcomed Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Contribute to meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding speech-language needs Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
