Speech-Language Pathologist InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn, NE. This role offers the opportunity to provide both school-based and clinical speech services, helping patients of all ages strengthen communication, articulation, comprehension, and functional skills within a supportive rural healthcare environment. Apply today and become a valued member of our team! Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech, language, and cognitive-communication evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinical settings, using evidence-based techniques. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members. Document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner. Adjust treatment plans as needed to support patient progress. Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current or eligibility for Nebraska state SLP license. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism. Ability to work collaboratively in both school and healthcare settings. Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing clinical growth. InReach is an E-Verify employer.
