Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting their communication and development in a dynamic school environment. Work closely with students, educators, and families as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric care. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in a supportive and collaborative educational setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting Strong understanding of IEPs and progress reporting Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs Regularly monitor and document student progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Educate school staff and families about communication disorders and intervention strategies This contract opportunity allows you to make a lasting impact while growing your clinical and collaborative skills among dedicated professionals.
