Our multidisciplinary team supports clients with a wide range of speech and language challenges, and we are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication disorders affecting speech, language, and swallowing. You will work with a varied client base, including children and adults, providing tailored interventions to help them achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that address specific challenges.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in accordance with best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support client outcomes.
