Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop tailored treatment interventions and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, therapy, and support for students from early childhood through adolescence Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, staff, and families Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and in-service trainings Serve as a resource for school staff on communication disorders and effective classroom strategies Engage families to foster ongoing student development and progress
