Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Epsom Health Care Center | Epsom, NH $42-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Epsom Health Care Center. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with residents on communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs while being part of a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care team. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and recommendations Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team What We Offer $42-$46/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply If you're an SLP looking to make a meaningful difference in residents' communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life, we'd love to hear from you.
