Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state SLP licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Previous experience working with pediatric and school-age populations Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaborative goal setting Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech, language, and communication disorders services to students Conduct assessments using a variety of tools to inform individualized education plans Develop and implement therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP goals Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences Support students in both individual and group settings, adapting approaches as needed Youll find impactful work in a school-based contract position with variety and professional growth.
