35 Hours Per Week Job Overview Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve communication and functional outcomes. Required Qualifications Active Speech Language Pathologist License Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by facility) Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings preferred Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and progress. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
