9679416-03773 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students with selective mutism in a school-based setting. This contract position allows you to utilize your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a direct impact for the 20262027 academic year. With a focus on personalized support, you'll work with a small caseload, providing tailored therapy and collaborating closely with educational staff.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current, active SLP licensure in New Hampshire Proven experience delivering services to students with selective mutism Background in school-based therapy or familiarity with IEP processes Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver approximately six hours of speech-language therapy per week to three students, supporting their communication growth in academic environments Schedule and complete all therapy within a single 8-hour day per week, maintaining consistent service Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and evaluate student progress Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with education staff, and communicate with families as needed Complete timely documentation and maintain detailed records according to school policies This unique contract role is an excellent fit if you value focused, one-on-one work and appreciate autonomy in your schedule.
