Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued Strong understanding of school-based SLP practices and IEP processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for empowering children and facilitating positive change in their lives

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing data-driven recommendations for student support Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school and state requirements Offer support and mentorship to clinical fellows (CFY), if applicable Embrace the rewards of making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, all while working within a supportive school environment.
