Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in a school setting (elementary and/or middle school preferred) Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language assessments Develop and deliver individualized therapy to students in grades 38 Participate in the IEP process, including goal-setting, progress monitoring, and reporting Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
