Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Per Diem to Part-Time Join Our Growing Pediatric Private Practice! We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our pediatric private practice in a per diem to part-time role. This position offers the opportunity to build a caseload over time in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our practice is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy while fostering meaningful relationships with the children and families we serve. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, phonology, language, fluency, voice, and social communication. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other professionals. Educate caregivers and provide home programming to promote carryover. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with children and their families. Schedule Our greatest need is for after-school hours (approximately 3:00 PM-7:00 PM) , when demand for services is highest. While some daytime hours may be available, applicants with afternoon and evening availability are strongly encouraged to apply. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow from per diem into a consistent part-time schedule. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation.
