Collaborate with a dedicated team and split a manageable caseload of 40-45 students with another SLP. You'll provide evaluations, reports, and direct therapy for both individual students and small groups, ensuring meaningful progress for each child.

Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Credentials to practice within school settings Experience working with elementary-age children preferred Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering targeted therapy services Effective communication and collaboration abilities Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups Split caseload and collaborate efficiently with the other building SLP Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with student needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all services provided Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment This full-time role runs from ASAP through June 15, 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule of 8:00am2:40pm (approximately 32.5-35 hours weekly).
