Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students' communication and language development for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working across two elementary school buildings, collaborating with staff to meet students' varied speech and language needs. The position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 35-37.5 hours. Your focus will be on providing exceptional care to students through evidence-based assessment and intervention. Tailor therapeutic strategies across language, speech, fluency, and voice, and contribute to the success of a diverse school community.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or above in Communication Disorders or a closely related field, meeting licensure requirements Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) from ASHA Eligibility for New Hampshire Speech/Language Pathologist licensure Proven clinical experience; prior work within schools or pediatric settings is preferred

Responsibilities:

Administer comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders Design and implement individualized treatment plans using current, evidence-based approaches Provide direct therapy and consultation services for students with identified needs Collaborate with teachers and families to support each child's progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with state and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional growth activities You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment that values student growth and professional excellence.
