Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure (or eligibility in New Jersey) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in team meetings and contribute to RTI and special education processes
