Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with a vibrant preschool caseload. This part-time opportunity offers meaningful work supporting the communication growth of children in a school-based setting located close to Cherry Hill, NJ. With a schedule of three days per week, from 8:30am to 3:00pm, youll play a critical role through the remainder of the current school year.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Hold an active New Jersey SLP license and DOE certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Experience and passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations, especially preschoolers Prior work in school environments is highly valued Familiarity with IEP documentation and the relevant systems
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for preschool students with diverse speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support students progress Maintain thorough and accurate documentation using the districts IEP management system Participate in IEP meetings, provide input for annual reviews, and monitor progress toward established goals Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that helps young learners achieve communication milestones This role features a manageable schedule and a supportive school environment, making it an excellent fit for clinicians seeking a rewarding, part-time contract position.
