Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or pending SLP licensure for New Jersey CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience or a strong interest in working with middle and high school populations (ages 11-17) Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and school-based services preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for students ages 11-17 Manage a caseload of approximately 30-50 students across 2 locations (middle school/high school) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain timely documentation and participate in team meetings
