Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Valid SLP license for New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Knowledge of IEP development and associated documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as an engaged member of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students across various grade levels Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address academic and social communication challenges Write and maintain progress notes, evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP meetings Deliver direct therapy and monitor student progress toward established goals Advocate for best practice and support a positive learning environment for all students This contract position offers the chance to engage with diverse student populations in a dynamic educational setting.
