Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid New Jersey state licensure (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Knowledgeable in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in children Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Organized, flexible, and compassionate approach to student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech-language assessments for students referred for services Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy in individual or small group settings Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth and generalization of communication skills into the classroom Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations for student support Benefits for
